I was not involved with this transaction. my wife does not wont to talk to me about it due to the fact that she was charge an outrageous amount to have a few clips replaced. Yes the car was built in a way to cause excessive work to replace them. Very disappointed with this transaction. Sorry I believe you just took advatage of my wife.

Frustrated. I only received 1/3 of service I requested. Service tech made me feel like a liar instead of offering preventive repairs. My taillight is getting moisture trapped inside. The tech said he couldn't see any moisture... duh. It only happens after car was & rain. So now he wants me to bring it in the second it happens again. Why? Why can't a preventive sealant be applied? What about a replacement? Not even offered. I paid for the ceramic coating upon purchasing the car. I have a couple paint scratches that I wanted touched up. Tech says I only have coverage for dents and proceeds to explain the difference between dents & paint scratches... duh. I asked if I could still have the touch up paint complete anyway, he said Body Shop is busy, will have them call me. I never received that call, got a text that my car was ready. I only received the oil change & tire rotation. (1/3 of what I requested & scheduled for)

We started by arriving for our appointment, I was promptly greeted by a sales advisor. I had an appointment with Ryan, I was handed off nicely to meet with Ryan. Ryan was tied up with another customer when we arrived but Miles was available so he was able to help us. Miles was great. He introduced himself to me and my family and we found out he also plays hockey. Very friendly and easy to talk with he began to show us the Colorado with a quick tour of the dealership, where we learned about the great services Bozarth offers. We went on a thorough test drive including some time on the highway. After we got back from our test drive Miles showed us all the Colorado has to offer, thoughtfully explaining all the features of the truck. He also helped us set up our new truck on the Chevy app too! Trenton helped us with the financing and did a great job showing me options to enhance our purchase. He was easy to work with and easygoing. He explained all our agreements what was signing and I felt comfortable with what I was purchasing. When we were rapping up with Miles Ryan came in to meet us and say congratulations on our new truck! Overall great team at Bozarth Chevy, I’m glad we purchased our new truck with their team.

I got an oil change and tire rotation which was fine. i asked them to check the air intake system as I was getting a message saying it needed checking.They shut the message off permanently and apparently attributed to my having an aftermarket tuner. I checked the air intake system when I got home and found 2 of the hose clamps were loose and the cover to the air filter box was not sealed. Also, I told them the engine light was on and as far as I know nothing was check as I tried to use the exhaust brake today and it didn't work. I had some recent work on the transmission so will check back with them also regarding the exhaust brake but doubt they are related.

Don't know why you schedule appointments. I had a 11:00 appointment and arrived on time. I was at your service department for over three and a half hours for a 4 wheel alignment. When I was making my appointment I wanted a price quote to replace my drivers side air door actuator. No one called me back. When checking in I asked the service advisor for a price for this work. I was told a technician would have to provide a price. When I was finally checking out I was told it would cost $775.96 to do this repair. I would do this repair myself, but I'm 73 and I didn't think it would be that hard for a technician to do. I bought my Impala at your Dealership in 2012 and love it, but this experience has soured my on your business.

We needed a last-minute oil change on the truck we purchased from your dealership. We are leaving on vacation & realized the truck might reach 0% oil life remaining while on our trip. She immediately responded that there were absolutely no openings for the remainder of the week. I asked to speak to our service advisor, Jason West. She was reluctant to transfer me but finally did as requested. I did have to leave a voicemail for Jason, but he returned my call in a timely manner AND graciously stated "I can work you in today". His professional & courteous response was greatly appreciated. You need more employees like Jason, who value quality customer service.

We chose to order a vehicle. Overall the experience was OK. There are no issues with the car so far. I would have like to see more communication from our sales gentleman, Logan. He informed me that I would know when the car was shipped, and I never heard that it was shipped or when it made it to Denver like he promised. I only got notification when it arrived here in GJ, so I was given no notice/no time to prepare. Then the sales gentlemen expected that I would be able to drop everything and come down right then and there to get it. Then while at the dealership, there was an issue with getting a verification code from the ID.Me website and I felt like the Ed Bozarth Team could have been more helpful in trying to solve that and more upfront of what the process would look like to resolve that, but honestly felt like they put all of the work on me to figure that out and then pressured me to get the code when it wasn't my issue to begin with, it was with ID.Me. A heads up from our sales guys that we needed to bring this code in with us would have been super helpful rather then figuring it out in office. It took us an extra 45 minutes to try and figure it out and still didn't get it resolved for 5 days.

I can't call and schedule an appointment, the secretary is useless and passes you to a service rep that doesn't answer their phone. So I have to drive an hour and see if there's time available. Nope, next week. So I schedule an appointment to have my wheels balanced and rotated. Takes two hours, $120. Only balance not rotated at all. Come to find out the service rep put "do not rotate" on the paperwork. So I get half the work done for full price. Go back and tell them this is B's the wheels were not rotated. Not only surprised but then after handing my keys to the rep and him handing them off to the technician that proceeded to point towards my door and ask if it was just a rotation, in the mean time throwing my keys at my driver's door. Prob scratched my paint and wasn't good for my keys. Great so they rotate em. Another almost hour goes by. No discount no refund.. You guys dropped the ball yet again. Oh and I believe my wheels still aren't balanced because I have way more vibration than before! What a waste

I had a notice through MyChevrolet that said to have the anti-lock break system checked immediately. My service writer Jason staying in touch with me throughout the process. The service department could not find any issues after testing 2 times and also scheduled a TPMS sensor repair on short notice. When I picked the vehicle up the bill was less than quoted by Jason and he did not charge me for the diagnostic on the brakes. Very different than my last experience.

Oh where to even begin. on 8/23/25 my husband and i bought a 2025 Colorado ZR2, we initially wanted a custom ordered Z71 but the options we wanted unfortunately weren't available at the time. so we were persuaded to check out an all black ZR2 that almost matched what we wanted on the Z71, and we're happy we did, we love the ZR2 it is an awesome little truck. so we decided to move forward with purchasing the ZR2. in the dealings with our salesman my husband asked about adding the parts we wanted to add to the Z71 to the ZR2 and every part was pulled up and each part number was taken down and added to the deal and was to be ordered by the salesman and installed by the service department. up to this point the experience was going well. once we were walked over to the finance team is where the disappointments started. the salesmen informed us that he wouldn't be ordering any of the extras until Monday (8/23 was a Saturday) because if he tried to order anything through parts at this time of day (1-2 in the afternoon) it probably wouldn't get ordered until Monday anyways. now my husband and i felt it would've been better to order the parts so they could've been shipped and probably delivered Monday or Tuesday. but we figured we'd just go by what he said. so the salesman told us to bring the truck back in Monday 8/25/25 at 08:15 am to order all of the parts and get it in the shop. next issue we had was we did the "Colorado package" which is the ceramic coat, underbody spray, and a clear bra, now we were told to keep the vehicle clean and free of scratches because what was on the paint when the ceramic was applied would live there from there forward, now we had already found some minor scratches before taking delivery on the vehicle that we were told would be able to be buffed out before the ceramic was applied. so we garaged the truck at home until Monday and that morning my husband had the truck there by 8:10 to which he was texted to take it the shop and check it in because the salesman was running 15 minutes late. so he did and finally after almost an hour of waiting the salesman finally showed up and proceeded to walk my husband around to get the parts ordered. after all of that was done my husband requested the truck be ready by EOD that Friday as we were going to Denver and wanted to use the new truck and he was told no problem. now by that afternoon my husband was called by the salesman and was informed everything was ordered and should be delivered between Tuesday and Wednesday except for one part that they weren't sure when it would come in exactly. no big deal as it was just an exhaust tip. later in the week my husband calls/texts for an update and is again told the truck would be ready to take Friday. Friday morning arrives and my husband requests another update and is then informed that not everything was ordered that there was some major missed communication and that only a few things were installed but everything else would have to be ordered and then installed at a later date. while bummed we decided we would get the vehicle so my husband called the salesman and told him we were gonna come get the truck and the salesman offered to bring the truck to my husband and that he could be there in 10 minutes and again almost an hour goes by and the truck finally arrives at our home. now this is where my husband started to get irritated not only cause of having to wait, but the truck arrived and it was covered in rain marks and looked like it had been driven through a huge mud puddle and then the salesman informed him that the small scratches on the door and the roof weren't taken care of so those were also going to have to be corrected when the truck came back. it was from this point that my husband stopped hearing from the salesman altogether and to be sure everything was done correctly he started calling and dealing with the service manager and body shop directly. from then on everything was ordered and scheduled for service and we were going to take the truck back the following week but my husband had to go out of state for work which worked out as there were still some more parts that needed ordered and delivered. but the service manager and body shop stayed in contact with my husband and once everything was received they scheduled the truck to come back in to get taken care of. so in summary we felt the salesmen could've been more professional and shown a little more care for the customer after the sale was made. being our first purchase of a brand new vehicle we just expected to be cared for a little better, and due to the compiling issues we felt the sales experience left a lot to be desired so for that 1 star is what we would've given this review. but once we dealt with the service and body shop directly the level of care we're used to receiving from Ed Bozarth Chevrolet shined through and they redeemed the experience back to the 3 stars that we gave here today.

We purchased a brand new suburban that has no heat in the front of the vehicle. I was treated as though it were operator error when dropping off. While the dealership did coordinate a rental car for us it was a Malibu that our family could barely fit in, and was absolutely an unsafe vehicle given the fact that we drive from Junction to Craig and there is wildlife everywhere. If we were to hit a deer or elk in a Malibu it could kill is, and that is a very real possibility where we live. We had to take our car home because of the safety risk of the rental and our car still has no heat. Incredibly frustrated when we own the largest car made and we weren’t provided a vehicle that is anywhere near comparable. This repair is going to take an extended period, and was very poorly planned. No repair, no heat in a brand new car. Very disappointed!!

The A/C fan on my 2022 Equinox needs to be replaced at 45K miles. The cost is 2000. I feel like this car should not need the fan replace at 45K miles. I had a Subaru that ran for 300K and when it died that A/C still worked. I am extremely disappointed that this car needs repairs of this cost before it's even paid for. Not to mention you rotated my tires and now the front driver side sensor isn't working. I was working when the car came in.

Was in the middle of a hunting trip and power brake system failed. Turned out to be a vacuum pump. We made it to the dealership but it was mid afternoon. We were desperate to get repaired so we could hunt again the next day. We knew it was a long shot that they would have a technician available to us without an appointment. But we got lucky. They had the parts and got us in ASAP. We were back on the road by 5pm and got our elk the next morning.

I appreciate your friendly staff and shuttle drivers. This visit, however, was disappointing. I came in because my car pulls to the left and requires consistent pressure on the steering wheel to avoid changing lanes into oncoming traffic. This is an issue that I've come in for in the past and remains unresolved. Even though the car is under warranty, I was told that my only option was that I could purchase an alignment for ~$120 that would likely NOT fix the problem. This feels like a serious issue, and I'm confused and disappointed that Ed Bozarth did not provide professional and effective service.

Jason West was my Service Advisor. Jason has also assisted me in the past. I recently moved to Grand Junction from the front range, and have had several problems with the truck that two different dealers weren't able to correct. Jason always listens to my concerns and has done a remarkable job of getting everything fixed. I was considering selling the vehicle, but after working with Jason, I feel comfortable that he can keep it running properly. There are several areas where Jason and the dealership go above and beyond: - I am always greeted without waiting and Jason and the other staff are always very friendly. - Jason is very good at keeping me informed on the status of the repairs, and when it is ready. - Jason and the team have always been able to diagnose and correct the issues with the truck. - The repairs are always done quickly, and I get the vehicle back the same day. - The vehicle is always returned in the same condition as when I brought it in. This may seem like a small thing, but it is nice to not have to adjust all the settings, and clean up greasy fingerprints. - The prices for the work are always reasonable, and there are never any surprises. Please let Jason and the staff know that I greatly appreciate the work they do. I will continue to feel confident bringing my vehicles in for service, and will definitely buy my next cars from you.

The service I received was outstanding. The repairs were done in a timely manner and, in my opinion, the charges were resonable for the work performed. I was especially happy that they noticed the critical repairs needed on the brakes. Zech Moffitt, my service advisor, called me and informed me of the condition of the breaks. I had the repairs done and the breaks work great. As it turned out, the breaks were a significant safety hazard and needed immediate repaires. Zech kept me informed of the progress. He is a great service advisor and a significant asset for the company.

On our very first visit since buying the vehicle, the service was great, however they did not reset the oil service life, or at least it does not show up on the app and they did not wash the vehicle as I understood was supposed to happen. I was unsure if I would be purchasing a new car when I went in to test drive an Equinox and unsure if a Chevy was right for me since I have been driving Nissans for several years. Ross was patient and spent a considerable amount of time showing me different options and going through all the extras in each vehicle he walked us through the entire dealership introduced us to employees even showed us the bays where they would be servicing the vehicles. He had me sold on the dealership but still unsure about the car he arranged for us to take it for the night. Well he was right I just needed a little extra time in it and the next morning we returned to make the purchase. Ross was in the middle of helping another couple when we arrived but he made sure we were taken care of right away he brought in Paige who was equally as awesome and got it in less than 2 hours which we had never experienced. Paige went through all of the cars features and sat with me to connect my phone and set everything up! We had a great experience and will not hesitate to return for future purchases. These two rock stars, the sales manager and the dealership as a whole have changed my mind on how purchasing a vehicle should feel! And I love my new Equinox

Well I bought a used 2022 Chevy Silverado diesel with all warranty’s I could buy so they gave me two oil changes and neglected to tell me in was in a certain time limit a asked if they run it though the car wash in was December but it was 50 degrees and when I picked my truck up from a simple oil change 6 hours later it was not washing and I can go to any oil change place it only take 30 minutes

Rep Zech was very easy to work with. I needed several issues resolved along with an oil change. It was all taken care of and accomplished much sooner in the day than I expected. Zech called me during the afternoon saying there were two filters that needed changing. I appreciate him looking into that for me and giving me the option to go ahead with the filter changes. Overall I good experience.
